Each company needs to develop the knowledge potential of its employees at all levels: This mainly relates to terms such as, knowledge management, knowledge enterprise, etc. One of these key terms is training centre which is important to us.
A training centre mainly has a practical meaning and is systematic tool for creating, achieving, storing, spreading, sharing and actively using knowledge to increase the performance and efficiency of the enterprise.
However, a training centre must not resemble only the laboratory conditions of the real environment; it must stimulate the live organisms of the enterprise. The training centre on our premises was built in this spirit.
